MEMBERSHIP RULES

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, members of SpeckConnect Rewards will earn points in connection with the completion of qualifying courses, curriculum, and surveys on SpeckConnect. These Terms govern membership in SpeckConnect Rewards.

I. MEMBERSHIP

1. Free Membership.

No purchase is necessary to obtain membership in the SpeckConnect Rewards program ("SpeckConnect Rewards" or the "Program") and get a SpeckConnect Rewards account.

2. Eligibility.

You must be age 16 years or older and a resident of the United States to be eligible for membership. Membership in the Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Persons under the age of 18 ("Minors") must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation. By registering for a SpeckConnect Rewards account, you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions. To enroll in the Program, you must provide your first name, last name, mailing address, and phone number. The Program is void where prohibited by law. A person may not be a member of more than one SpeckConnect customer rewards Program. Members are entitled to only one Member Account.

3. Opening an Account.

Online - You may apply to become a member of the Program by visiting speck.branditpod.com (the "Website" or "Online") In order to apply on the Website, you must first be a registered user of SpeckConnect and have a user name and password.

4. Membership Account.

Each SpeckConnect Rewards member ("Member") will receive a SpeckConnect Rewards account that is unique to such Member ("Account"). Accounts are issued online at the time the user enrolls in the Program. To ensure proper handling of Member Accounts, lost or stolen accounts must be reported to a SpeckConnect support representative by contacting SpeckConnect Support at myspeckconnect@speckproducts.com. The Account remains the property of SpeckConnect and must be surrendered upon request. No credit or cash will be given for unused points. Program account numbers are not transferable and are not for sale, resale or barter. SpeckConnect Rewards is not responsible for use of a Member's account or redemption of a Member's points in the event the Member's account is stolen and the account is used or the points are redeemed prior to the Member informing SpeckConnect that the Member's account has been stolen.

5. Member Information (including Personal Information) and Privacy Policy.

Members must keep their Member Account information up-to-date by visiting the Website. Registered users of the Website must provide their individual username when logging on the Website, which will allow the Member to update their personal profile. As a registered user of the Website and have inputted your Member username, the "My Account" link will allow maintenance of Program associated information. The information you provide as a member of the Program will be handled according to Speck’s privacy policy. 6. Online Account Maintenance.

Once you are a registered user of the Website, you may view a summary of your Account on the Website. After logging onto the Website, simply click on the "My Account" link in the header of the Website homepage and change any information on your account. You may also view your SpeckConnect Rewards redeemed points balance and transaction history on the Website by logging in and clicking on the "Account Dashboard" link in the profile navigation.

7. Member Cancellation.

You may cancel your SpeckConnect Rewards membership at any time. Upon cancellation, any unused points accrued in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.

II. EARNING POINTS

1. General.

Members can earn SpeckConnect Rewards points on all courses, curriculums, and course bundles on SpeckConnect. For all point redemptions, you must be a registered user of SpeckConnect and have linked your Account username with your SpeckConnect Reward’s Online account to get points for Online rewards. You must be signed into this account to receive any points.

2. Earning Rate.

SpeckConnect Rewards Member Points. Members earn one hundred (100) points for every one course they complete (i) qualifying courses or surveys on SpeckConnect. Points are in exact increments. For example, if you complete 1 course, you will receive 100 points. Calculation is as follows: 1 (course) x 100 point per course = 100 points, which is 100 points exactly.

3. Timing of the Addition of Points to Accounts.

SpeckConnect Rewards Member Points.

Online Purchases. SpeckConnect Rewards Member Points, earned on SpeckConnect for qualifying courses or surveys will be credited upon completion of the course or survey and logging in to SpeckConnect Rewards. The timing for issuing points is subject to change.

4. Bonus Point Promotions.

From time to time, SpeckConnect may run certain bonus point promotions. Under bonus point promotions, Members can earn additional or "bonus points" in connection with the completion of specific courses or surveys or in connection with specific days where a Member earns a set amount of bonus points for completing courses or surveys that day. When bonus points promotions are offered to a Member, the Member will earn bonus points on each course or survey, as specified in the offer. Bonus point promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer and may be offered at any time in Speck’s sole discretion. Bonus point offers cannot be combined with any other offer. You may also earn additional points on non-course related activities in accordance with the terms published by Speck. From time to time, Speck may offer you the chance to win various prizes, including points. There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY OR TO WIN. Rules and restrictions will apply to such promotions.

III. REDEEMING POINTS

1.General.

Points earned by a Member may be redeemed for products Online at SpeckConnect Rewards, provided a Member is using a minimum of 100 points.

2. Points towards Products

Each products point value is displayed Online at SpeckConnect Rewards. Members must have the minimum number of points displayed to redeem that product. Points will accumulate based on the following scale:

  • 1 course/survey = 100 points
  • 5 courses/surveys = 500 points
  • 10 courses/surveys = 1000 points
  • 15 courses/surveys = 1,500 points
  • 20 courses/surveys = 2,000 points
  • 50 courses/surveys = 5,000 points
  • 100 courses/surveys = 10,000 points

Member cannot use their points in combination with any other payment method to reduce the price of a qualifying product and/or qualifying service. Redemption of points Online towards purchases of products is subject to product availability.

3. Gift cards.

Points can be used towards the redemption of gift cards. Select gift cards are displayed Online at SpeckConnect Rewards.

4. Returns.

All purchases made Online at SpeckConnect Rewards using points are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise approved by a SpeckConnect Customer Support representative. If you feel your order was produced incorrectly, please email us at myspeckconnect@speckproducts.com within 15 days of the delivery date. Please do not return products without a return authorization, as they cannot be accepted. If it is determined there is a material or manufacturing defect with your order within 15 business days of package receipt, we will issue a returned goods authorization number, accept your return and repay your shipping costs. All claims for shortages, loss or non-delivery must be made within 15 business days from the date of delivery. Claims for damages in transit must be made with the individual carrier when you receive the shipment, so please save all shipping cartons for inspection. Items redeemed during Special Sales Promotions, as well as Special holiday and time-sensitive products or kits are not eligible for return unless the product is defective, delivery was late, or incorrect items shipped. In the event Speck authorizes a return or exchange, Speck reserves the right to inspect all return and exchange for approval. Speck reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges for a product that was damaged as the result of accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature.

4. Exclusions.

Points accumulated on different Accounts of different Members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products and services or for any other reason.

5. Points Expiration.

ALL POINTS EXPIRE AT THE END OF THE CALENDAR YEAR FOLLOWING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE DATE THE USER LAST LOGGED IN. Calendar end dates are December 31 2023, December 31, 2024, December 31 2025, and December 31 2026. For example, if a user has not logged in since November 18, 2022 points will expire on December 31, 2023.

IV. GENERAL

By joining the SpeckConnect Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Program rules. Speck reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict SpeckConnect Rewards or any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. Speck may make these changes even though such changes may affect the Member's ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. A Member's points balance, as reflected in SpeckConnect Reward’s records, shall be deemed correct. Speck reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any Member's account based on SpeckConnect Reward’s internal records related to such Member's account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a Member's account as stated on any Member's SpeckConnect account and SpeckConnect Reward’s internal records, SpeckConnect Reward’s internal records will control. Speck assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. Speck may revoke any Member's membership in SpeckConnect Rewards at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the Program and may affect a Member's eligibility for participation in any other Speck program. SpeckConnect Reward’s points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the Program's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of Speck.

The redemption of Points for rewards or claiming prizes won through SpeckConnect Rewards Program-sponsored sweepstakes, contests or other promotional programming may have tax consequences in certain instances. Speck encourages Members to speak with their tax advisors prior to participating in the SpeckConnect Rewards Program and redeeming any Points to prevent any undesired results. Should there be any tax liability for the accumulation of Points or the receipt of a Reward, or expenses for the use and enjoyment of any rewards, or claiming prizes won through SpeckConnect Rewards Program-sponsored sweepstakes, contests or other promotional programming, or for any other reason, such taxes and/or expenses are the sole responsibility of the Member. Where appropriate, IRS 1099 reports may be issued by Speck or its SpeckConnect Rewards Program agents to a Member redeeming in excess of the minimum guideline for receipt of Reward consideration (currently $600.00 in an annual period). Members agree to cooperate and timely provide their social security or other tax-related identifying information upon request by Speck, relating to Speck’s reporting obligations.
