   • Qualifying % or $ discount amount applies to merchandise only excluding packaging, applicable taxes, international fees & duties, and/or shipping & handling charges.

4. Refunds and Returns
   • Refunds will be processed at the original payment price (delivery charges are non-refundable).

   • Delivery charges are not discounted;
